Job Description
This unique cross-over role allows you to use your current skills while learning new ones working with a combination of mechanical and software engineers. It is responsible for overall maintenance/ repair, machining of parts, and inventory management.
Responsibilities :
- Machine parts using a mill, lathe, bandsaw, and other equipment.
- Warehouse functions such as receiving/stocking inventory/shipping products to customers and general clean-up.
Qualifications :
- You know every tool in the toolbox, and how to use it
- Ability to read schematics and follow instructions
- 3 years experience on light industrial machinery, including the parts
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive and problem-solving nature
- Ability to lift at 50 pounds, as well as bend and maneuver as needed to work on machines
- Desire to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
