Job Title
You will review contract proposals, acquisition, source selection plans, or documents prior to contract pre-award and post-award for regulatory compliance.
You will direct a full range of procurement pre-award and post-awards functions to include drafting and issuing solicitations, negotiations, source selection, contract award, contract modifications and contract closeout.
You will conduct pre-negotiation conferences to negotiate prices, terms, conditions, contract modifications, and settlements.
You will negotiate and resolve problems related to procurement planning, source selection, and contract performance.
You will analyze price or cost data for pre-award and post award procurement activities of construction and Architect/Engineering, (A/E) contracts.
