MIG Welder – Production Department

Pay: $25.00/hour, negotiable based on experience, certifications, and skills. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Shifts: Rotate every two weeks between: Morning: 6:00 AM-2:00 PM Afternoon: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM Must-Have Requirements

Previous hands-on MIG welding experience. Availability to work both shifts on a rotating two-week schedule. Steel-toe boots. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to follow safety procedures and work efficiently in a manufacturing environment. Position Overview

We are seeking motivated MIG Welders to join our production team in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for candidates with practical welding experience who take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and dependable attendance. Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on production parts and components. Set up and adjust welding equipment for assigned work. Follow work instructions to meet production and quality standards. Inspect completed welds and report defects or equipment issues. Safely handle and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety requirements. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily goals. Preferred Qualifications

Welding school or vocational training. Welding certifications. Previous welding experience in a production or manufacturing setting. Formal welding certifications and specific licenses are not required. Practical MIG welding experience is required. Equal Opportunity Employer
