If you are committed to making a positive impact and empowering patients to reach their goals, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, plan, and implement individualized rehabilitative programs for patients.Focus on improving mobility, relieving pain, increasing strength, and correcting disabling conditions caused by illness or injury.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.RequirementsLicensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.Proficiency in English and Spanish.Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.Reliable transportation—this position requires travel to patients' homes throughout Miami-Dade County.
