Required Qualifications: • 10–15+ years of electrical construction experience. • Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or Electrical Construction Manager. • Experience managing electrical scopes on large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or data center projects. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and construction sequencing. • Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and construction documents. • Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and field teams.

Plusses: OSHA 10 and/or 30

Job Description

This individual will be responsible for managing electrical installation activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving projects to successful completion.

Day to day: • Oversee all electrical construction activities on-site from mobilization through project closeout. • Manage and coordinate electrical/mechanical subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to project requirements. • Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals. • Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and site walks. • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and project standards. Coordinate electrical installations with mechanical, structural, and civil teams.
