Newco Distributors is seeking a Specialty Division Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and processing all customer relations, including order entry, follow-up, and logistics management. Additionally, the Account Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage inventory levels, and generate reports to support the specialty division's goals.
Qualifications
- REQUIRED
- Customer Service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Microsoft Outlook experience
- Experience managing high email volume and group email
- Data entry experience
- 10-key
- 3-5 years of business office atmosphere experience including business attire
- High school or equivalent
- HIGHLY DESIRED
- Some college courses
Duties Include the Following Segments of Business
- Coordinates and processes all customer relations through daily contact via email and phone
- Proficient in Outlook, answering phones, communicating professionally with customers
- ShoreTel phone service
- Data entry of incoming orders and customer follow up – timely and accurately
- Proficient in Excel
- UPS WorldShip
- Data entry of custom orders, customer follow up and coordinate communication and order entry with manufacture and/or nutritionist
- Monitor and Track inventory for Customers
- Solar Eclipse
- Generate and format reports
- Solar Eclipse
- Mits Discover
- Microsoft Excel
- Documentation of Quality Management System
- ISO – International Organization of Standardization
- Position reports to Specialty Division Manager
- Team effort by providing support requested by Specialty Division Manager
- Transportation tracking for Specialty vendor Purchase Orders
- Assist Sales Manager with organizing and updating marketing and point of sale supplies
