Core Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually via Zoom
• Present supplemental benefit options tailored to each individual or family
• Support clients step-by-step through the enrollment process
• Manage accurate records and prompt follow-up communication
• Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service
• Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth
• Cultivate long-term client relationships

What You'll Need

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills
• Ease with virtual tools and video meetings
• A service-minded, mission-driven attitude
• Customer service background helpful but not required
• Work authorization in the United States
