Job Description As a Security Officer Access Management in Marietta, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will help manage site access, monitor entry points and alarms, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-driven culture. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.38 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 11:59 PMFri04:00 PM - 11:59 PMSat04:00 PM - 11:59 PMSun04:00 PM - 11:59 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records. Screen vehicles, materials, and personnel in accordance with site procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts, suspicious activity, and policy violations to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
