What you will enjoy doing:

• Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of oxygen producing plants at customer sites
• Solve field site issues while maintaining and operating air separation plants with minimal supervision
• Interact with customers across various production plant types, providing guidance, support, and clear communication
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance activities at each plant location to uphold Linde's high standards
• Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on compressors, gas analyzers, and control systems
• Manage time effectively to complete operations and maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and diagnosing plant problems
• Coordinate contractors and resources to support plant activities, audits, and administrative requirements while driving efficiency through strategic planning and project management

What makes you great:

• Hold a High School Degree with an Associate Degree in a technical field preferred, along with two to five years of operations experience in air separation or similar process control environments
• Demonstrate expertise in instrumentation, control, and general maintenance of industrial equipment
• Show proficiency in mechanical and electrical maintenance, including compressors, with military engineering experience highly regarded
• Exhibit strong safety awareness and procedural adherence while troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment
• Understand process control schematics and communicate technical information clearly in both verbal and written form
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft applications, and process control systems, supported by strong organizational and time management skills
• Meet the physical requirements of the role, including confined space entry, climbing, lifting up to fifty pounds, and working at heights
• Available to work extended hours when business needs arise
• Demonstrate the flexibility to support weekend, holiday, and call-in coverage
• Familiar with procurement processes and quality control analyzers, thriving in dynamic working conditions that include driving service trucks, office work, and physical activity
