Location: Horsham, PA. Sign‑On Bonus: $20,000. About the Job You will provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. This opportunity offers a smaller panel and extended appointment times, an insurance‑free environment, and comprehensive support to focus on patient care without financial risk. Pay Range $198,000 - $252,000 per year for a 36‑hour per week schedule. Position eligible for an annual incentive.
