Afterschool Care - Working 1:1 with Kids with Autism

Join Rebound Therapies, a home & community‑focused therapy provider dedicated to promoting rehabilitation, recovery, and independence. We are expanding in Big Rapids, MI! You’ll be part of a team that listens, cares more, and uses evidence‑based practice to make a real difference in the lives of families. We are specifically looking for afterschool care staff between the hours of 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM Monday through Friday. Pay starting at $20/hour! Current Hiring Needs: Clare, MI and surrounding areas What We Offer: Paid Training – No prior ABA experience required; we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Bonuses – Earn extra with: RBT Certification Bonus 90‑Day Retention Bonus Productivity Bonus Evening Hours Bonus: Work past 6:00 pm at least 3 days per week and earn additional pay! Provide one‑on‑one therapy based on individualized treatment plans. Track progress and celebrate achievements with families. Travel to client homes and community settings (with reimbursed drive time). Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals. Why Join Us?
