Occupational Therapist Home Health

Schedule: 5x8s, 40 hours/week guaranteed.

Assignment Details: Contract length: 13 weeks. Up to 12 patients assigned.

Requirements:

• National Certifications: MOAB, NBCOT
• State License: Required
• BLS Certification: Required
• Background check: Additional fingerprints upon arrival may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
