We have an exciting Load Tracker role in Merriam, KS. The Transportation Load Tracker plays a crucial role in connecting the Transportation Team, Sales Team, Customers, and Plant Shipping. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Communicate with internal and external contacts related to pick-ups or deliveries. Work closely with plant personnel and customers to adhere to set schedules. Monitor and manage appointment schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize delays. Set delivery appointments within acceptable parameters using various means as required. Actively engage with customers to encourage adherence to transportation schedules and commitments.
