Robert Half is seeking a Bus Ambassador to support a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This is a temporary assignment covering a leave of absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest pick-ups and drop-offs for transportation to scheduled presentations
- Communicate scripted information to guests in a clear, engaging, and professional manner
- Provide snacks and refreshments to guests during transportation
- Collect deposits and return to management for reconciliation
- Deliver excellent customer service aligned with company standards
- Assist with additional operational tasks and special projects as needed
