Join our clinical team at a respected medical facility that is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to contribute to the smooth operation of our operating rooms. Work with an experienced team to provide anesthetic care in a busy setting. Your schedule will involve regular shifts and on-call responsibilities to ensure excellent patient care.

• Setting : Hospital
• Start Date : 8/24/2026
• Schedule : Days, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM; if on call, 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Weekend call from Friday 3:00 PM to Monday 7:00 AM.
• Patient Population : Adult, Pediatric
• Location : Elko, NV
• Stipends : Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates.

• Provide anesthesia care in operating room settings.
• Assist with call duties as scheduled.
• Perform and manage pain management techniques.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures.

• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Experience with general, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia.
• Skilled in ventilation management and management of acute volume/BP issues.
• Proficient in central line and arterial line placement.
• Supervisory experience with CRNAs preferred.

• Regular work hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
• On-call hours: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Weekend on-call from Friday 3:00 PM to Monday 7:00 AM.

• Ability to perform anesthesia for adult and pediatric patients.
• Expertise in various anesthesia techniques and post-operative care.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
