You'll step into a 100% outpatient General Cardiology role focused on providing coordinated cardiovascular care for a senior patient population. This is a non-procedural position built around prevention, continuity, and collaboration with an established care team. Practice Overview

• 100% outpatient General Cardiology with consults and follow-ups
• Average volume of 15-20 patients per day with longer visit times than traditional models
• Work collaboratively with PCPs, care managers, health coaches, and other members of the cardiovascular care team
• Proprietary point-and-click EMR system
• No call, No weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• 450,000 base salary + annual quality bonus
• Malpractice coverage
