Sales Support Specialist Nashville, TN (Onsite) $55,000–$65,000 Overview Growing consumer products company seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support sales operations, manage orders, and keep internal processes running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Support sales team with order management, tracking, and coordination Serve as internal point of contact for sales inquiries Maintain CRM (Monday.com) and manage customer data and retailer portals Assist with reporting, inventory tracking, and sales performance Help prepare customer presentations and materials Support trade shows and internal coordination efforts Qualifications 2–5 years of relevant experience (sales support, admin, or similar) Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills Detail‑oriented and proactive Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Additional Info Direct hire | 40 hours/week (8–5) Opportunity for hybrid flexibility after training Collaborative, fast‑paced environment with strong culture The salary range for this role is $55,000–$65,000.
