Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping them with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available. You will also assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Responsibilities Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled and members are notified of delays or product unavailability. Offer alternative product options and ensure products are selected, packaged, and dispensed per company policies. Maintain the safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations. Assist members with purchasing decisions, process payments, and utilize cash registers for transactions. Locate and organize merchandise, zone designated areas, and assist members with transporting items. Operate cart retrieval equipment and maintain parking lot cleanliness. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, using the Open Door Policy as required. Complete work assignments and priorities, collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers, and recommend improvements. Compensation Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $24.00 per hour.
