IT Business Analyst II

Introduction Due to business need, this role requires a specific start date and will require resources that can meet the outlined start date. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week. Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Typically 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
- Strong skills in data analysis and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Jira, and Confluence
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making
- Evaluate business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions
- Lead or support mid-sized projects and initiatives
- Communicate with business and technical teams to validate requirements
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, systems, and requirements
