Operations Project Manager

Leading and supporting medium to high complexity projects, the full-time Operations Project Manager will manage the project lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring successful collaboration among multi-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Define project goals, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators while managing scope, quality, time, and cost constraints Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular project updates to relevant departments and senior leadership Accountable for overall project success, including customer satisfaction and effective team management Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 5+ years of experience, with at least 1 year in project management Desired experience in a management or supervisory role PMP Certification or equivalent preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with integrated systems such as SAP Virtual Vocations Inc
