- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience (2+ years of related experience)
- Degree in Human Resources PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
- Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility or assisted living community
- Experience working in a union environment
