If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about patient service, this could be an excellent fit for you.Responsibilities– Draw quality blood samples from patients across multiple clinical locations, including pediatric, geriatric, and adult populations – Prepare specimens for lab testing by following established procedures and safety practices – Verify patient demographic information and label specimens in the presence of the patient to ensure accuracy – Maintain accurate records and documentation of collections and related activities – Provide excellent customer service by explaining procedures and creating a trustful environment – Follow all policies and procedures related to safety, confidentiality, and organizational standards – Travel between multiple sites as needed, ensuring punctuality and readiness for each assignment – Assist with specimen processing and other clinical duties as directed by supervisors – Promote a positive image of the organization with patients, clients, and team membersRequired Skills– Proven phlebotomy skills including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections – Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – Excellent communication and customer service skills – Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively – Capable of operating in a high-volume setting with accuracy and professionalism – Proficient keyboard/data entry skills – Reliable transportation and a clean driving record if applicable – Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime – Valid driver's license (if applicable) and ability to travel between multiple sitesAdditional Skills & Requirements– High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred – Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington – 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections – Customer service experience in retail or service environments strongly preferred – Reliable transportation necessary to travel between locations; mileage reimbursement available – Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts – Ability to maintain punctuality and stay for the entire shift; excessive absenteeism or tardiness is cause for terminationElevate your career by becoming a key contributor in patient specimen collection across multiple clinical environments.
