Looking for a customer friendly individual with the skills and knowledge to maintain 104 room property. Individual with the abilities to multi-task, investigate, deduce and problem solve. Ability to work as a team player. Hotel maintenance experience at least 2 years HVAC and PTAC knowledge (certification is a plus) Knowledge in plumbing (certification a plus) Knowledge in minor electrical (certification a plus) Ability to repair and paint walls Ability to patch plumbing leaks or install new fixtures Ability to stand/walk for 6 hours or more Ability to lift 50lbs or more Ability to work weekends and holidays Ability to work days or nights Ability to be able to respond to an emergency if necessary #J-18808-Ljbffr CUSA, LLC
