Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Medical Assistant with pediatric outpatient experience to provide clinical support in a busy pediatric practice. The ideal candidate will handle well-child checks, pediatric blood draws, and immunizations, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform well-child examinations and immunizations following scheduled protocols.
• Conduct pediatric blood draws accurately and efficiently.
• Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks and patient flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
• Prepare examination rooms and equipment for daily clinical operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric outpatient medical assistant experience.
• Certified Medical Assistant credential from an accredited program listed on DAPIP.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid California Medical Assistant certification and license.
• Experience with well-child checks, pediatric blood draws, and vaccinations.
