MUST HAVE HANDS-ON RESIDENTIAL FRAMING EXPERIENCE (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T)
Manage and Coordinate all aspects of Residential High End Remodeling and New Home Projects
Supervise Subcontractors from Excavation to Paint
Coordinate Subcontractors, Vendors and Material Deliveries
Communicate Project Information with Clients, Subcontractors, Architects, Engineers and Inspectors
Confirm Budgets to original estimate
Be Responsible for Highest Standards of Workmanship
Strong Communication Skills
Strong Problem Solving
Deadline and Detail Oriented
Computer Experience (Word, Excell, Microsoft Project)
Valid NJ Driver's License
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF AT LEAST (10) YEARS IN SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION & FRAMING
