Branch Manager - Maui
Bishop & Company is seeking an experienced Branch Manager on behalf of a valued client in Maui. This leadership role is responsible for driving exceptional customer service, business growth, team development, and operational excellence within a high-performing branch environment.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays, 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Hours may vary based on business needs

Compensation

$60,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience
Additional $750/month premium

Essential Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve sales and service goals
Deliver exceptional customer service while strengthening client relationships
Drive business development initiatives and grow market share
Manage daily branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
Monitor operational risk, financial performance, and internal controls
Foster strong community relationships and represent the organization professionally

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
Minimum three years of leadership experience in retail banking, financial services, or sales management
Proven success leading teams, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives
Strong customer service, operational management, and business development skills
Experience utilizing CRM systems and digital tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Ability to obtain Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration through NMLS within 60 days of hire
