Director, Middle Market Commercial Bank Relationship Manager

Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact. Originate and pursue new business opportunities, acquiring new clients for the bank. Deliver a broad range of financial solutions, including credit, treasury management, deposit, and related banking services. Work closely with internal teams and product specialists to deliver integrated solutions to clients. Assess and mitigate financial, operational, legal, and reputational risks associated with client relationships. Establish a strong brand presence through industry networking and community involvement. Adhere to the strong Capital One culture and values and represent the firm with integrity in all situations. Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial, legal, operational, and reputational risks associated with commercial banking. Develop a strong professional network through active community engagement. Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of fostering deep relationships with key decision‑makers and developing new client relationships. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or military experience; at least 5 years of experience with commercial credit and treasury management solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting; completion of a formal credit training program; advanced knowledge of industry, market, and banking products; strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Compensation Jericho, NY: $224,800 - $256,500 for MMB Relationship Manager IV. New York, NY: $224,800 - $256,500 for MMB Relationship Manager IV. This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
