Nucar Connection has a rare opportunity for the right candidate to join our sales department at our New Castle, Delaware location as a Sales Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive experience to further their career with one of the area's leading dealerships.

Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000+ per year.

Your Responsibilities:

• Be a pro-active, respectful, and driven leader & provide focus for your Sales team.
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Utilize CRM and manage leads daily.
• Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
• Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.

Your Qualifications:

• Dealership management experience required.
• Must be interested in training additional sales associates and working within a team environment.
• Must be enthusiastic, assertive, and sociable with high energy throughout the sales workday.

The ideal candidate will have background in:

• Desking & Closing Deals
• VinSolutions(CRM)
• Reynolds & Reynolds
• Clean driving record.
