Are you mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and enjoy working independently? Join Ricoh as a Field Services Technician , where you'll provide on-site equipment support, customer training, troubleshooting, and service solutions for a variety of business equipment.

• $29/hour.
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus.
• Mileage reimbursement for business travel.
• Personal vehicle required (valid driver's license and insurance required).
• Independent field-based role.

What You'll Do:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service business equipment.
• Provide customer training and support.
• Manage service calls and maintain productivity goals.
• Maintain inventory and complete service documentation.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify service opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with electronics, mechanics, equipment maintenance, or technical service work preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license, required auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
