About the Opportunity We are selecting a small cohort of US-based graduates to join our 2026 Associate Consultant Programme out of Alpharetta, Georgia — a structured, two-phase pathway into one of the fastest-growing and most in-demand specialisms in enterprise technology. Phase 1 — Pune, India (6 months, from September 2026) You will join our Pune delivery centre for intensive, mentorship‑led training alongside experienced SAP consultants and engineers building and delivering global transformation programmes. Phase 2 — Alpharetta, US (permanent) You return to Alpharetta as a fully trained Associate, working on client engagements with a clear career path ahead. No prior SAP knowledge required. We hire for potential, analytical thinking, and the drive to become an expert. What You'll Be Doing Training across SAP BRIM modules — Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and FI‑CA — through structured learning and live project exposure Participating in client workshops, requirements sessions, and solution walkthroughs alongside senior consultants Analysing complex business processes and translating them into enterprise technology solutions Supporting testing, documentation, and solution validation across project delivery phases Contributing to real client engagements from month four of the programme — not just classroom exercises Collaborating with global delivery teams across the US, UK, Europe, and India Working toward your first SAP certification, fully funded by Acuiti Labs What We're Looking For A Master's degree completed or in progress in Management, MBA, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, International Business, Engineering + Management, or a related field A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a quantitative discipline is a strong advantage Structured analytical thinking and genuine curiosity about how large, complex businesses operate Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort working in collaborative, multicultural, and fast-moving environments Valid and unrestricted authorisation to live and work in the United States without sponsorship Readiness and enthusiasm to spend six months in Pune, India, from September 2026 What You'll Gain Hands‑on SAP BRIM training delivered by experienced practitioners — structured, practical, and globally relevant Dedicated mentorship from senior consultants and Acuiti Labs leadership throughout both phases Exposure to large-scale transformation programmes for global clients across multiple industries Full relocation support for Pune — flights, initial accommodation, and a settling‑in allowance Return relocation support back to Alpharetta after the training phase A defined career progression path toward Consultant and Senior Consultant levels Competitive US‑market compensation, medical benefits, performance‑linked bonus from year one, and a collaborative team culture — backed by our Great Place to Work® certification Full details on compensation, benefits, and programme structure will be shared during the recruitment process.
