Sales & Customer Retention Account Manager
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Job Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales and retention strategies to meet revenue goals
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Track account performance and prepare accurate reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills and CRM proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in manufacturing, food, supplement, or nutraceutical industries is a plus
