Sales & Customer Retention Account Manager
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Job Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do
Develop and execute sales and retention strategies to meet revenue goals
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals
Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Track account performance and prepare accurate reports
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills and CRM proficiency
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in manufacturing, food, supplement, or nutraceutical industries is a plus
