Yami Crab is looking for reliable, hardworking, and friendly team members to join our restaurant.

Positions Available

Server | Host | Food Runner | Busser | Cashier

We are looking for people who provide great customer service, work well with others, and can handle a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Server

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service

• Take accurate food and beverage orders

• Answer menu questions and make recommendations

• Deliver food and drinks promptly

• Check on guests throughout their dining experience

• Process payments accurately

• Maintain clean tables and server stations

• Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties

• Previous serving experience preferred

Host

• Welcome and greet guests as they enter the restaurant

• Manage the waitlist and seating rotation

• Seat guests quickly and efficiently

• Answer phone calls and assist with customer questions

• Communicate wait times accurately

• Coordinate with servers to maintain proper table rotation

• Keep the entrance and host area clean and organized

• Assist with takeout orders and other front-of-house duties when needed

Food Runner

• Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct tables quickly and accurately

• Verify orders before delivering them

• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff

• Assist guests with additional needs when necessary

• Keep food-running and service areas clean and organized

• Help other team members during busy periods

Busser

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly

• Keep the dining room clean and organized

• Refill water and assist servers when needed

• Remove dishes, glassware, and trash

• Maintain clean service stations

• Make sure tables are ready for incoming guests

Cashier

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Take dine-in and takeout orders accurately

• Operate the POS system and process payments

• Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly

• Answer phone calls and customer questions

• Package and organize takeout orders

• Maintain a clean and organized front counter

General Requirements

• Reliable and punctual

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to multitask and stay organized

• Team-oriented and willing to help coworkers

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance

• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred

• Restaurant experience preferred
