Behavioral Health Advocate

Conducting telephonic clinical reviews, the full-time Behavioral Health Advocate will ensure effective outpatient care for members while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct telephonic clinical reviews with providers to ensure members receive effective outpatient care Perform inbound-queue based reviews across commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare behavioral health services Determine coverage alignment and collaborate with providers to optimize patient outcomes Required qualifications Strong knowledge of outpatient behavioral health services and insurance coverage policies Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to perform clinical reviews reliably in a remote setting
