We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic team! You’ll drive organic growth , nurture client relationships , and deliver innovative solutions for both new and existing clients — all while collaborating with local and global teams .

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and manage strong, long-term client relationships
Identify and deliver solutions to client needs
Negotiate and manage contract renewals
Introduce new products/services and support commercial strategy
Provide regular updates and insights on client engagement

✅ What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
3+ years in account management role with measurable growth results
Experience in Pharma Services, CRO, or clinical trial services
CRM management experience & familiarity with account-based marketing campaigns

Location: US
