Systems Administrator *Overview* We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Administrator to take ownership of our IT infrastructure and serve as a key technical resource for the organization. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and takes pride in building stable, well‑managed systems. In addition to supporting day‑to‑day operations, you’ll play a critical role in improving processes, driving technology initiatives, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 and core IT infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, application, and end‑user issues. Configure and support networking equipment, including switches and routing. Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of critical systems. Partner with software and hardware vendors to resolve technical issues. Document processes, maintain best practices, and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT staff. Support IT projects, upgrades, and technology initiatives across the organization. Required Experience Advanced Microsoft 365 expertise, including administration, security, user management, and Microsoft Intune deployment and management. Strong networking experience with the ability to troubleshoot and configure switches, routing, and connectivity issues. Broad IT infrastructure experience supporting end‑user devices, phones, printers, and business‑critical systems. Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions. Experience working with and coordinating third‑party vendors to resolve technical challenges. Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. What We’re Looking For Someone who takes ownership and accountability for their work. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
