Hospital in Vermont is needing help in Home Health. RN will be working M-F, and occasional Saturday for this 13 week contract. Hospice and palliative experience, along with OASIS, is required to be considered. This position will cover all of Washington County with a straight line radius of approx 25-30 miles.
