What You’ll Do Bridge Business & Tech: Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather and document functional and non‑functional requirements. Fuel Agile Delivery: Translate business needs into clear user stories and specs that align with sprint goals and product vision. Champion Quality: Collaborate with the Dev team to define test strategies and ensure solutions meet expectations. Analyze & Improve: Use your knowledge of Order Management and Order‑to‑Cash processes to identify opportunities for optimization. Drive Collaboration: Actively participate in agile ceremonies—sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives—and contribute to continuous improvement. Document & Communicate: Create process flows, functional documentation, and support solution demos and workshops. What You Bring 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communicator—able to bridge technical and non‑technical teams. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and writing basic SQL queries. Exposure to ERP modules like Order‑to‑Cash or Procure‑to‑Pay. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting. Experience supporting test planning and execution. Ability to create functional workflow diagrams. Bonus Points For Experience in digital transformation projects. Comfort working with global teams and enterprise systems. A proactive mindset and passion for continuous learning.
