Facilities Manager

Overview One of our largest global commercial real estate services firms is hiring a Facility Manager to support their client in Roebuck, SC. This on-site role requires 5+ years of experience managing industrial properties, ideally with a hands-on background as a technician. The Facility Manager will oversee daily operations including cleaning, safety systems, engineering, site services, and general maintenance, ensuring all work meets company standards and client expectations. The position involves leading a team of 13 technicians and building engineers, with full responsibility for staffing, performance, and service delivery. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site five days a week in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
