Our team designs and executes advertising programs, internal and external communications strategies, and client and prospect engagement programs to showcase who Corebridge is to our customers, distribution partners and employees. Our team oversees brand positioning and strategy, digital and social media, employee and executive communications, media relations, industry research and thought leadership, product marketing, customer regulatory communications, and social impact and sponsorship programming.About The RoleAs a Plan Document Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the documentation, design, and compliance of retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), 457(b)). Drafting plan documents, restatements, and amendments while ensuring compliance with IRS and DOL regulations. Key tasks include updating plan provisions, assisting with regulatory restatements, and working closely with our clients to ensure the document meets their needs.ResponsibilitiesHave experience with 403(b), 401(k), and 457(b) plan documentsConsult clients on plan provisions and administrative complexities, with a focus on the plan sponsor’s objectives and ease in administrationCreate, amend, and restate plan documents & Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) to reflect law changesEnsure plans meet IRS/DOL, ERISA regulations.Provide recommendations to improve customer experiences, effectiveness, and efficiency of the teamAssist management in collecting data for reporting and representing the team on projectsSkills and Qualifications3+ years’ experience with 403(b), 401(k), and 457(b) plansStrong understanding of IRC regulations, ERISA, and plan document provisions, including understanding plan provision implicationsExcellent writing and communications skillsExperience communicating with plan sponsors, attorneys, and consultantsEffective candidate who can take charge and deliver results with minimal supervisionProficient with Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe AcrobatCPC, QKA, CEBS, TGPC designations preferredWork LocationThis position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, TX, office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.Estimated TravelMinimal travel#LI-CR1Why Corebridge?At Corebridge Financial, we prioritize the health, well-being, and work-life balance of our employees.
