Step into a rewarding opportunity dedicated to supporting students throughout the upcoming school year. This contract School Psychologist position, based near Richmond, TX, offers a dynamic environment focused on the well-being and development of students in a reputable district for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Essential Qualifications:
- Active Texas School Psychologist credential or licensure (documentation required upon submission)
- Demonstrated background in delivering school-based psychological services
- Experience with assessments, reporting, intervention, and collaborative consultation in K-12 settings
- Commitment to working on-site at school locations (with potential for hybrid report writing from home)
- Availability for a full-time schedule, 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and behavioral assessments
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and well-being
- Prepare detailed assessment reports and participate in ARD/IEP meetings
- Utilize data-driven methods and evidence-based interventions to foster educational growth
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and comply with state and federal regulations
The contract begins as soon as possible and continues through May 28, 2027. Reliability and professional communication are valued as you partner with educational leaders and families.
