Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care and treatment services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing therapy programs to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  Assess patients physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Implement therapeutic interventions to support recovery and mobility.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
  
  
• 
  Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and injury prevention.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.
  
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and equipment.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
