Join an experienced team of 8 neurosurgeons and 12 Advanced Practice Providers who strongly value quality, collegiality, and teamwork. One year's experience in neurosurgery or neuro-critical care is preferred. Practice based at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, a 525-bed tertiary care facility that is home to the only Level I Trauma Center and burn unit in Hampton Roads and the primary teaching hospital for Eastern Virginia Medical School. The base pay range for full-time employment is $121,076.80 - $312,000.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
