Shift: 1st shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, some overtime may be required

What you will do:

• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Signs for items that are received.
• Audit and package outgoing orders for small package carriers and LTL carriers.
• Uses Microsoft Office programs to complete daily tasks.
• Labels and/or packages products so that it is ready to go into inventory or out on a shipment.
• Back-up to the Team Lead.
• Closes orders out through digital shipper software.
• Prints out address labels, bill of lading and packing slips for all shipments
• Responding to incoming salesforce and emails.
• Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ months of related warehouse or distribution experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to learn how to operate power equipment
• Ability to read and understand written English

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of related warehouse or distribution experience
• Experience operating pallet jack, order picker, counterbalance, reach and turret trucks
• Experience operating forklift and/or pallet jack to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.

The typical hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $16.00 - $25.50 in Ohio . The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
