We are seeking an experienced First Chair Asbestos Trial Attorney with a proven track record of successfully defending clients to join a qualified team of legal professionals. • Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis on toxic tort and asbestos cases.
• Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Collaborating with experts and consultants to build strong defense strategies.
• Conducting depositions, interviews, and witness preparations.
• Attending court hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Providing legal counsel and strategic advice to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Managing case files, deadlines, and client communications efficiently.
• Staying current with developments in toxic tort and asbestos law.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active NJ/PA/NY/or CT Bar membership in good standing.
• 7+ years of experience in Asbestos litigation
• Must have completed at least (5) civil trials as first chair
