What You'll Do As a Team Member, you'll help create the experience that keeps our guests coming back. You may be trained in a variety of areas throughout the restaurant, including the front of house, drive-thru, dining room, kitchen, food preparation, and order fulfillment. Prepare Great Food Depending on your position and training, you may: Prepare and cook Chick-fil-A menu items according to established procedures. Assemble orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare ingredients and products for service. Monitor food quality and freshness. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Keep kitchen stations stocked and organized. Safely operate restaurant equipment. Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking responsibilities.
