Development Product Owner

Job Description The DPO will be responsible for navigating each of the systems to refine features assigned to them and write stories for IT teams to execute. The role involves taking business written features and partnering with IT to refine and break them down into stories that can be assigned to agile teams. The individual will maintain the backlog of features and stories, ensuring that by the start of each quarter the IT team has enough ready work for the program increment. Qualifications Knowledge of multiple technical software delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe) with a proven track record in developing and managing products through the entire product life cycle. Experience in engineering methodologies and change management practices to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Experience in process improvement, project delivery, and business/requirements analysis related to supported business operations or product line. Proficiency with Clarity, Rally, and Jira. Background in scaled Agile (Kaizen, SAFE, LESS) required. Preferred previous experience as an Agile Product Owner. Background familiarity with Business Architecture/Human Centered Design.
