We are a growing wholesale and e-commerce company dedicated to accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Picker/Packer & Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for order picking, packing, inventory movement, and safe forklift operation to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and focused on safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

· Pick and pack wholesale and e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently

· Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory

· Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments

· Verify products against packing slips and orders

· Label, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

· Assist with inventory counts and restocking

· Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications & Requirements

· Previous warehouse, picking/packing, or forklift experience preferred

· Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

· Strong attention to detail and time management skills

· Basic math and reading skills

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods

· Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Schedule

Monday–Friday with occasional overtime as needed

Compensation & Benefits

· Hourly pay $ 18.00 to $ 20.00 based on experience

· Overtime opportunities & Federal Holiday Pay
