Position Summary Our Deloitte Human Capital team helps organizations create value through people performance. Work You’ll Do As a Delivery Senior Consultant on the team, you will be responsible for: Facilitating requirements and design workshops, providing guidance on solution design and best practices, and managing risks and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment with compliance, policy, and operational requirementsDriving high-quality functional documentation and disciplined delivery execution to minimize rework and support traceabilityAnticipating and manage cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrationsSupporting change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support to promote user adoption and successful business outcomesApplying working knowledge of integrations, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance dependencies to guide solution decisions and delivery planningDirecting cross-functional teams across functional, technical, integration, data conversion, and testing workstreams to ensure quality delivery, timely issue resolution, and milestone achievementLeading the end-to-end implementation of large-scale Oracle Time and Labor & Absence solutions, including planning, design, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization A successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact.
