Cleaning Personnel / Housekeeping / Environmental Services Technician
The Cleaning Personnel / Housekeeping / Environmental Services Technician is responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of the Clinic on a day-to-day basis.
- Empties regular waste and Bio-Waste receptacles and takes the trash to the designated area.
- Disinfects common area and high touch surfaces such as light switches, door handles, drinking fountains
- Cleans and sanitizes clean chairs, tables, check-in device, countertops, sinks, exterior of refrigerators, water coolers, exterior of cabinets, chairs, and tables
- Cleans and sanitizes all restroom fixtures, clean mirrors, partitions walls, wipe all counters
- Spot cleans walls, light switches, glass, and doors
- Dusts low areas and high areas which are within normal reach
- Dustmops all hard surface floors with treated dust mop
- Wet mops entire areas as needed
- Perimeter sweeps for trash pick up
- Restocks consumable supplies
- Maintains cleaning supplies stock and requests weekly replenishment orders
- Monitors, reports, and documents quality of 3rd party custodial support vendors
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- 1 year experience in a similar role
- Spanish Speaking is a plus
