MIG Welder

MIG WelderExpress Employment Professionals is hiring MIG Welders for local production facilities. The welder performs repetitive workstation welding operations to mass produce axle components or to assemble those components onto a completed axle. Welders should be familiar with automated welding and gauging.Job Duties:Welders are responsible for reading and understanding the following documentation:Standard Operating ProceduresJob Hazard AnalysisLive Electrical TrainingShop Floor OrdersJob AidsWeld and assemble component partsFollow all procedures and shop floors to ensure a quality productInform their supervisor of any and all shortages and possible substitutionsFollow schedules and ensuring that schedules are completed on time and correctlyInform the supervisor/group leader of any problems or quality defectsMaintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulationRework axles as neededPerform other tasks or duties as assignedPay: $20.00-$25.00/Hour DOESchedule: 1st or 2nd Shift, 6:00AM-4:00PM or 4:00PM-12:30AM, OT Available and MandatoryRequirementsMust have MIG welding experienceWelders must be safety conscious, detail-oriented and have the ability to work well with others in a team environmentMust possess a good work ethic, be adaptable to a fast-paced work environmentMust have the flexibility to work overtimeMust be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
